Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all bath and personal care products are considered final sale once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order is confirmed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item was not received (subject to shipping investigation)
  • Incorrect item received

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed automatically at the selected interval.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, we do not offer refunds for that billing cycle.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
