Subscription & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from our store, you agree to the following terms regarding recurring payments and cancellations.

Subscription Billing

Subscription orders are billed automatically at the selected interval (e.g. monthly).

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription purchases may include a discounted price (such as 20% off). This discount is only valid while your subscription remains active.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

You can cancel by:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Once a renewal has been processed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals that have already been processed.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

We reserve the right to modify or update subscription terms at any time. Continued use of a subscription constitutes acceptance of those changes.
